The company was started by Elias Zabouris at 1988 with 2 greenhouse hectares and in 1991 expanded and create an other three acres of greenhouses.
Initially, growing tomatoes and cucumber was made at the soil. In 2000 Elias Zabouris applied hydroponic cultivation. With the hydroponics method mainly cultivated tomato, zucchini and a lesser percentage cucumbers and lettuce.
At 2007 were attached to the existing land 6.5 more hydroponic acres. In 2008 started extensive cultivation of lettuce and also the upgrading of the facilities by adding cooling systems for optimum product quality. In 2014 the company became a family company, as the children Zambouris Tasos and Elizabeth both graduates of the American Farm School of Thessaloniki, began to participate in the administration, both graduates of the American Farm School of Thessaloniki. Main concern of our business is the quality of our products with respect for the consumer and to the environment through regular laboratory testing and in accordance with the standards of quality Global G.A.P Protocol.
